Posted in 8. MAIN HOUSE

This house sits on one of Athens’ rare sites, in a two storey zone, sheltered from traffic, bounded on one side by a public park and offering an unobstructed view of the Acropolis.
The house faces towards a back yard with a small swimming pool overlooking the park.
The dining area and master bedroom look at the Acropolis through sliding corner windows.
The entrance is through a low passage leading to a two-storey space leading up to a balcony and four main rooms.
The living room is placed a couple of steps below the entrance level containing entrance, kitchen and dining room.
A sitting area on the roof garden opens a panoramic view of the city with the Acropolis in focus.
